Well here is Becci's post about our visit to Lake Point after Christmas. But it will be from her mom's perspective. I could not get her to redo her post. I'm sure her entry was much better than this will be. She had a great time with her cousins on the Yates side. This is her first time sledding and even being in this much snow. She made a comment when she came in from outside that it was the coldest she had ever been. She was going to have to rethink her BYU goal. I told her we would make sure she had warmer clothes. Thanks to Mom, Denise, Megan and her sister Melissa for lending her cold weather gear. She did have a great time. She is the one in the blue coat
in the back. They are in the pasture being pulled
by a 4 wheeler.
Now, here she is trying to get warm in front of the fireplace in my parents basement. I think it took her a while. She also enjoyed some Spiced Apple Cider. It is a custom with our family in sunny Arizona to have hot cocoa when it rains. But Becci prefers the Spiced Cider. We enjoyed the snow for the week but we were happy to see the sun when we returned. It has been in the high 50's for this past week (normal is 70) so we have had to bundle up!

Becci better not rethink going to BYU! WE want her up there with us! Plus she has a good excuse to buy all new warm, cute clothes! I'll be buying them right there with her too.
