Even though my wife and I are over 55 years of age, we don't like to think of ourselves as old or senior citizens. Rather, we think of ourselves as mature. Well, last night before we went to bed, we acted quite maturely. We knelt down to pray. It was kind of late. I looked at my alarm clock--it was 11:44 p.m. She said, no it wasn't, it was 11:38 p.m. I said, no it is 11:45 pm. Unfortunately, the clock hadn't changed. This set off an exchange between us as to what was the correct time. My clock is always about 8 minutes fast. Her clock is 1 or 2 minutes fast. We kept shouting out the time--11:44 or 11:38 p.m. We wanted to see which clock changed first. My clock actually changed first. We laughed and laughed and wondered what our children and grandchildren would think of our behavior. (Mature behavior). Well, now you know what we do without children in our home. We act maturely.
P.S. Yes, after we finished giggling, we did say prayers.

You guys make me laugh! I'm glad you are having fun without kids. I hope you live it up and make some good memories. Although, anytime you want a kid or grandchild around you know we will always want to be with you guys. We love you.
You two are funny! Glad to see you still have a good time after all these years.
