This morning as I took my morning walk, I watched a beautiful sunrise. I remember my Father always telling me that if things today were bleak, that in the morning the sun would rise and it would be a new day. Things would be better. As I walked, I thought about my sister who passed away in 2005 from cancer. Today is her birthday. We need to cherish those around us while they are here because we never know when we might be separated by death or other circumstances. I sent a note to each of my daughters reminding them of my sister and to be grateful for those around them.
I did not know that my text to one of my daughters would ring true today for her family. I will post another time about the events of today.
I hope the sun rises again tomorrow. I need another beautiful sunrise and a happy feeling to come to my heart. Please Dad, be right once more.
