We are just amazed at our garden this year. Melissa suggested we put it on the Blog. Our tomatoes have just produced a lot. We are surprised because we planted them late (March), but we had such a wonderful spring, so I think they were able to grow. We have always been able to grow the cherry tomatoes, but we have gotten a lot of Romas this year. We have been able to share with Jenny, Melissa and our neighbors. We have only cut the swiss chard once though. It might be too hot for it, too.

Now, though it is going to be hard keeping them alive with 110+ temps. In years past we put a shade cloth over them, but that won't work this year. So we are trying to mist them during the hottest part of the day. We will see if that will keep them from baking on the vine. Arizona has its challenges with gardening, but it is fun when it we can have a harvest.

Sweet garden, Walsh family! The photo of Chili made me miss her so much :(
You always have a great garden. Someday I will get more into it. Thanks for sharing the tomatoes and swiss chard. They are wonderful to have.
