Sam's Quilt

I have finished another quilt. This one is for Sam, Melissa's second son. He has just moved from a toddler bed to a twin. I had a difficult time picking out fabric for his quilt, because I knew that he would be in the same bedroom as his brother, Eli. So I kind of wanted to match the two quilts as best I could. Here is what Eli's quilt looks like. I don't know how they will look in the same room, but I like Sam's quilt.

It is pieced 'on point' like Eli's. But the block is a little different design, with a square in square. It is bright and cheery like Sam's personality. He also loves fish. I stitched it with a wave design, in trying to keep with the theme.

We got your package yesterday! ELi was more excited to open it than Sam, but once Sam got out of his bad mood he liked it. It looks great in his room and he does love fish. We love it! Thanks for working so hard on it. Your amazing and talented!
